In order to begin service, we will need to review your Employment Contract, Profit and Loss Report and your Budget (if available).

These services act as your full service, contracted human resources department, serviced by an SHRM-CP certified Agent. Services include:

  • Onboard and Offboard Employees
  • Process payroll, create payroll policies OR find the best payroll company
  • Conduct risk mitigation and management training, internal investigations
  • Maintain employee records (Maintaining HR records is mandated by law)
  • Conduct benefit cost analysis and continuing benefit management

Included in your processes are an in-depth assessment identifying necessary processes and coordinating workflows as indicated, and interviews with the Owner, Manager, and/or Admin, potentially employees as well (if needed).

Our Human Resource specialist will use our 8-step process to find the best candidate for your company, including, 3 personality tests, a proficiency test, a background check, drug screening (upon request), W4 and I9.
