- Onboard and Offboard Employees
- Process payroll, create payroll policies OR find the best payroll company
- Conduct risk mitigation and management training, internal investigations
- Maintain employee records (Maintaining HR records is mandated by law)
- Conduct benefit cost analysis and continuing benefit management
Included in your processes are an in-depth assessment identifying necessary processes and coordinating workflows as indicated, and interviews with the Owner, Manager, and/or Admin, potentially employees as well (if needed).
Our Human Resource specialist will use our 8-step process to find the best candidate for your company, including, 3 personality tests, a proficiency test, a background check, drug screening (upon request), W4 and I9.
